We went there to get a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle we intended to buy to travel around NZ. Shane and his wife are extremely friendly and the workshop is very well kept. They also have been very clear about their pricing and the time needed for the inspection, and have been kind enough to check the vehicle on the day we called even if they obviously were very busy. Unfortunately we ended up not buying the car because Shane found some potentially major issues with it. I would definitely use their services again!

Hi Shane. Had a great drive back to Napier last Friday in our "new Merc". Purrs like a kitten but can roar like a lion! She is a totally different vehicle compared to what she was... We only use her when we both need a vehicle or for long distance travel and as such things probably got progressively gummed up without us realising. The best $500 spent on her for a long while...not an expenditure but an investment. Thank you for the great job...She starts immediately...warm and hot...but a little hesitant still when cold which has always been the case...
